/ Who We Are

Dedicated to Community Resilience & Compassionate Response

Animals and Humans in Disaster is a nonprofit organization dedicated to building community resilience in Arizona. We work alongside emergency responders, community partners, and volunteers to ensure that no one faces crisis alone — and that beloved pets are never forgotten in times of disaster.

Founded with a vision to bridge the gap between emergency response and community care, we have grown into a trusted partner for families across Arizona. Whether it is wildfire, flood, or any crisis, our trained volunteers are ready to respond — bringing not just supplies, but hope and human connection.

We are proud to be designated as FEMA Medical Reserve Corp #2473, a recognition of our commitment to professional standards and national preparedness.
